It is one thing that everybody has their favs. Not everybody going to have or love the same person or have them on their list but when there is a devisive constant bashing that is where I draw the line. I signed up to participate in USB board mock miss universe, but after this week I hv decided that I am not. All the pics I hv seen of Gabby on that board are between none to extremely unflattering. As I said I cannot tell anybody who to hype but some of those girls they keep rating up" - you know what my mother said if you don't hv anything nice to say, say nothing at all. For all the emphasis that was placed on Gabby's height lo and behold Miss USA show up in Brazil the same FRECKING HEIGHT. Where all the ppl who said that Gabby was too short, what happen bcuz Alyssa is the same height. Yo Yo whether Gabby is in a lot of group pictures or not doesn't make or break her chances. I remember Maggie Walcott wasn't in hardly any pics bcuz the focus that year was on Miss Antigua and Barbuda, if Danielle Jones wasn't vybing with Miss USA they probably would have ignored her too in favor of Miss Barbados that year. So they fact that she gets a lot of solo shots is more imoressive to me. And Miss universe is NIT won by how many pictures you have bcuz every year we see it that there are 3-4 delegates the make the semis and you re left wondering 'Where she come from?' Our girl will deliver for the prelims. As of now CHINA is way ahead as my favorite. Angola and Venzuela look like top 4 contenders. Gabby is securely in my top 16 and I am hoping she cracks the top 8 and then top 4. I like Israel but as I said before I am not confident that she toned up her body enough for the SS round. I need to see more of France and sexy Vietnam to make up my mind. How could I have doubted Malaysia- she's in my top 16 also. I still have not seen anything from Bahamas that tells me she will make the cut but as I still believe, it all depends on the prelim interview and presentation show- everything else is window dressing.PR is O.K. and could make the cut but if she missed it I would not be surprised. USA is looks very anorexic and I have to wonder if it was not for botox and the small breast implants if we would be looking at a potential anorexia nervosa victim. If I was a prelim judge, she would be in danger of not making the top 16 but as it stands, usually half of the prelim panel is American so she will make the cut. All I can feel is concern for her health. I hope this year's top 16 is interesting and not that predictable single mould we saw last year. I want to see diversity. As for Gabby, I believe it is actually a good thing that she is not a favorite. She looks good and we will see her deliver superbly (God willing) for the prelims and final.
