She looks up at him, her eyes filled with fear, bitterness, even hatred of something... or someone?

Suddenly, the look passes, and she seems to gain some strength. Still pale, but a little less frightened, she gazes at him with puzzlement, as she realizes something. "I..." she begins, but stops. She relaxes her grip on his wrist, but does not release it. She slips off of the speeder, standing next to his. "Adam, I've liked you ever since the minute I first saw you. You've been so kind to me. If what I'm about to say is wrong, please forgive me, but..." she pauses again, as if unsure what exactly to say. She decides to say nothing, but instead pulls him into an embrace, kissing him passionately. Finally, she pulls away, and murmurs, "I love you."
