RHITTAKER IS AN GROWING ENTERPRISE AND WITH GROWTH YOU SOMETIMES NEED CHANGES. THE MAIN CHANGE THAT IS BROUGHT UP NOW IS ADDING A NEW TEAM TO THE PLAYOFFS, WE HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE AND WE HAD SUCCESS WITH IT. IT IS NOT A MATTER OF PEOPLE FEELING INSECURE ABOUT THEIR TEAM AND WANTING A BETTER SHOT AT MAKING THE PLAYOFFS, WHAT I FEEL IN ADDING A TEAM WILL MAKE THE FIELD MORE EVEN,CAUSE FRANKLY 14 TEAMS IS A LOT OF TEAMS. I JUST THINK THAT WE SHOULD DO EITHER, MAKE 3 DIVISONS AND ALL THREE DIVISON WINNERS MAKE THE PLAYOFFS, WITH THE BEST TEAM GETTING A BYE OR IF WE STICK WITH TWO DIVISONS WE SHOULD ADD 2 WILD CARDS TO MAKE THE PLAYOFF FIELD 4 INSTEAD OF THREE. EITHER WAY IS FINE WITH ME.
