See what I wrote to the other poster in this thread about the star system. God, you guys are so upset. I'm not debating George W. Bush here. I'm f**king around. My opinions are my own, not intended to change minds.

All involved with the show have done a great job. If DD is hooked up, great for him. I just didn't like hearing him cry about on the Howard Stern show and Stern called him on it too. Me and Howard (not that I'm down with him) are working class type guys. Mr. Yale says its too hard, it annoys me. Thats all. Its not a refuting of his whole life or anything like that.

If Hollywood people really want to change the world, why not give all that money to the needy? They do little BS charity stuff but if they are all wonderful folks, give up those mansions and limos. I heard one modern philosopher say any American making over $30k a year should be giving the rest to charity or the deaths and/or rotten upbringing of children is on our heads. I'm not quite a socialist but I think Marx was on to something. Hooray for you if you're rich but don't expect me to be excited over it.

I agree with you. S8 now has potential. I'm interested again. A regular M & S in every ep season probably would have sucked. Fine. Carter should have climaxed it if he had one to go to. But he doesn't so we'll see in November if the master still has something left.

I added a deflection to my sexist statement! Read again. OK, replace bread winner with money maker. I'll bet DD makes more than TL. God bless 'em. Just keep your belly aching to a minimum. Anyone remember the work ethic? How about modesty? This is an all stars problem not just DD.
