This poem is VERY abstract, but Jim was a sick man facing his own mortality. He also died at 27 just a few years after Brian, so a lot of people put them together in death, whether they spent any time together in life or not.

It's claimed that Jim haunts the men's room at a restaurant in Hollywood. It seems they took over the building where he used to make recordings. Apparently the men's room used to be the sound booth where Jim did his vocal tracks. I guess fans who make pilgrimages to his grave in France are going to the wrong place to have close encounters with their idol!
