Anyone know if and where the Bo Diddley 1963 BBC session, when Bo used Brian, Bill and Charlie as his rhythm section can be found?

Ooh, how I cringe each time I visit here, the posts are that insulting or inane or whatever you insert for indicative of anyone choosing to post here without a gun pointed at their head and takes it seriously as 1. some meaningful substitute for real life and/or 2. silly sport pointed at those with low mentality. Hear the Jones bones rattle in that rose bush befouled grave?
RIP Gerry Seda and LARS, your day has come and gone!

HERE ARE MORE TREVOR LIES... JUST AMAZING, THE MAN NEVER STOPS... http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/257285
WHY PAT ANDREWS ASSOCIATES WITH THIS GUY IS A MYSTERY.
THERE WAS ONLY ONE PHOTOGRAPH, AUTOGRAPHED BY PHOTOGRAPHER WHICH BELONGED TO ME, I GOT IT BACK AS SOON AS THE DISGRUNTLED FORMER MANAGER CONFISCATED THE STUFF BECAUSE HE SAID TREVOR LIED (!) TO HIM AND TOLD HIM HE'D MAKE LOADS OF MONEY OFF OF PARTIES, AND THIS SUPPOSED MUSEUM. I HAD TO MAKE TREVOR CALL HIM SO I COULD COLLECT IT FROM THIS FARCICAL SITUATION. WHAT WAS LEFT WAS A FEW CRUDE INK ON CANVAS FROM SOME KID UP NORTH, SOME PJ PROBY AUTOGRAPHS, A STAND UP CUT OUT OF BRIAN, AND THE ORIGINAL GUITAR THAT VOX THREATED TO NOT BE COPIEd. (Better than the hutchins yes).. TOTAL WORTH, NO MORE THAN £500 TOPS... GOOD ONE TREVOR, KEEP IT UP, AND NOTHING MAKES YOUR FAN CLUB OFFICIAL, NOTHING AT ALL.

Fears over disappearance of rare rock memorabilia
Wednesday, July 06, 2011 Gloucestershire Echo
A COLLECTION of rare memorabilia celebrating the life of one of Cheltenham's most famous sons has gone missing.
The contents of a museum in honour of Brian Jones, former Rolling Stones guitarist and founding band member, have disappeared from the Wheatsheaf Inn in Old Bath Road.
The items were on loan to the pub by fans because Jones played gigs there in the 1950s as he was starting out on his music career.
Including original photos of the star, who died in 1969, and a replica of his iconic Teardrop guitar, the collection is thought to be worth thousands of pounds.
Members of the Brian Jones Fan Club said the items had not been seen since Maurice Dominey, the previous landlord, left the pub in May.
New tenant Matt Birch says they were nowhere to be seen when he took over the venue. Mr Birch said: "I want to help get them back.
"They are part of the fabric of the building due to the history of Brian Jones playing here. I would hate for that to be lost."
The memorabilia, which comes from as far afield as Sweden and the US, was originally loaned to the pub in 2007 when members of the Brian Jones Fan Club struck up a deal with the pub. The museum, in the former skittle alley at the back of the venue, was designed as a tribute to the rock legend, who was born in the town.
Members of the fan club hoped it would attract people visiting his graveside at Cheltenham Crematorium.
Die-hard Rolling Stones fans make an annual trip to Brian Jones' grave at the Bouncer's Lane cemetery to pay their respects.
Another member of the fan club, who would not be named, said: "They belong to people from all over the world and most of the items are one-off originals. We are very anxious to know where they are."
Staff at Wadworth brewery, which owns the pub, said the items were not on the inventory when the pub changed hands in May.
When the Echo contacted Mr Dominey, he declined to comment.

NEWS OF THE WORLD is gone for good - a "muckraking British paper" according to the NY Daily News, as a "steady escalating backlash struck the paper" as a result of their illegal hacking into cell phones.
Not surprising.
Many of you older folk on this site may recall that the Stones (with Brian, of course) played one of their first gigs at Battersea Park, a benefit sponsored by News of the World. 1962 or 1963, I can't recall. But I don't beleive they had signed a recording contract yet.
Of course, News Of The World paid the lads back by instigating and setting them up (Brian, Mick and Keith) in the infamous 1967 drug busts that threatened to end the Stones career right then and there.
Surely, Jagger and Richards are celebrating this news; undoubtedly Brian would be quite content as well at this turn of events.

It was an absolutely beautiful warm day in Cheltenham yesterday. There were many flowers as you can see, and quite a nice big crowd. One highlight was an elder man coming by who said Brian used to hang around his brother, and he knew Graham Ride, he said Brian was always looking for cigarettes to bum. But the highlight for me was that Helen Spittal was there!!!! I have seen her there before with her husband, and it’s always a thrill. I always get so excited to see her. For those who may not know, Helen was Brian’s biggest fan..... before any of us! She’s like our Godmother! she would hang outside Olympic Studios and wait for him to show up for sessions. The Stones knew her; she knew the Rolling Stones of the 1960’s! In 1969 she used to go there and Keith and Mick would always tell her that they didn’t think Brian was coming today : - ( The story has it that eventually they got Shirley Arnold to tell Brian and that led to her visiting Cotchford Farm a few weeks before his death.
Yesterday she shared a story with me. She told me that she had given Brian a birthday cake (I don’t know if she baked it, or bought it or whether it was 1968 or 1969), and she said afterward that she saw Suki and Suki told her that set up all the plates and all had a slice, and had a plate for Emily too, who had a slice (Brian’s dog). Here is a photo of her that I took yesterday behind the grave. I am just in awe that she knew Brian the way we would have all liked to, and that 1969 Rolling Stones knew HER.
Sioux, I placed your beautiful board on Brian’s grave as you can see, and requested a photo of Pat Andrews holding it for you. Both myself, and Pat, and others, loved your * footnote on it.

Hey all... If any of you are in england, europe, or visiting on July 3..
There will be a meeting of fans at the grave at 12 noon on the Sunday, and afterward a lunch here, at a place I was taken to by Dick Hattrell years ago. This place is a mere 5 minute drive from the cemetary.

Hey everybody!
Do we have any guitarists out there in Brian Jones land?
I was thinking that since Mr. Brian was such a talented man playing all of those fascinating instruments.. I would bet my team of horses and my John Deer tractor that he was able to do that down home Gator pickin style of guitar.
I don;t get the feeling that Mr. Keith could do that type of
style of pickin'. I have never seen any vidoes of Mr. Keith
pickin like that, but Mr. Brian certainly had the skill and
dare I say *groove* to really dig it!
Since Mr. Jones was a class act playin the Blues, he could really bring it on home! Hell yeah!

According to information obtained from this source, there were three Lewis B (Blount) Jones who could have been his dad. One was born in the Bedwelty district in the September quarter for 1911, one in the Bridgend area in 1914 and one in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire in 1917. The one born in 1917 had a maiden name of Hopkins. His mum Louisa Beatrice was born in the December quarter of 1918 in Bridgend. http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl
If Lewis died in September 2009, then he was either 92 or 95...
