Thanks so much, Linda!!!I was listening to Get Yer Ya Yas out before and really digging it and how its really part of my roots..Roxanne is really a doll. I knew of her before I met her, my sister and Her friend had seen her at Beatlefest with her little Brian Jones stand and they told me she was so cute she looked like a little female Brian, then a good friend and I went out drinking for St.Patricks Day,and we were so stoned She thought I was Brian and wanted to introduce me to Roxanne. So I eventually did meet her and found her really sincere and charming..she asked me to play on one of her demo sessions, and I went out to her house in Long Island and she showed me a song she wanted me to play on, and liked what I did. I did play on the session and was very honored, no one had ever asked me to do anything like that before. It was my second time in a recording studio, and I was really pleased with the results. Ill always think of her as Kid Blue, the name of her band at the time..Now when I discuss music with people,I always talk about Brian and ask people their opinion of him whether they knew him or not in life, the response is always unanimous,"A wonderful guy" or "I really love him"and I am sure you do the same as well as everybody here Im going to get a copy of "Charlie is My Darling", from what ive seen of it, its really exciting, and Brian is wonderful in it, truly classic. So I survived the storm here in New York, its really rough, but New Yorkers are a breed apart, real survivors, and always together in times of crisis. Its a tough place. So God bless, love and peace, and thaks for the most welcome compliment. Jajouka, B-
