I didn't even bother listening to the whole thing. Sounds like isolated Gimme Shelter tracks are mixed in out-of-phase or just someone playing around with audio editing software.

Speaking of Gimme Shelter, this once-great (IMO) song is one of the most overplayed Stones songs on Clear Channel FM radio stations. The speed in which I turn the radio dial to anything else when this song comes on, is only eclipsed when I hear the first three notes of Start Me Up.
