i wonder how many tunes they will play on? I say the more the better ,we shall see.

The Nov. 25 gig is now behind us, and Bill played on two songs (HTW and IORR), and Mick T played on MR.

They had an interesting setlist:

1. I Wanna Be Your Man
2. Get Off of My Cloud
3. It's All Over Now
4. Paint It, Black
5. Gimme Shelter
6. Wild Horses
7. All Down the Line
8. Goin' Down (with Jeff Beck)
9. Out of Control
10. One More Shot
11. Doom and Gloom
12. It's Only Rock n' Roll (Bill on bass)
13. Honky Tonk Women (Bill on bass)
14. Before They Make Me Run
15. Happy
16. Midnight Rambler (Mick T on lead guitar)
17. Miss You
18. Start Me Up
19. Tumbling Dice
20. Brown Sugar
21. Sympathy for the Devil
22. You Can't Always Get What You Want
23. Jumpin' Jack Flash

I love that they opened with I Wanna Be Your Man! But looking at the video, Brian's slide guitar is sorely missed. I can't say that I much care for this version of the song...

I Wanna Be Your Man

I gotta say that this O2 place looks like a horrible venue! Really cavernous! I don't think I'd enjoy seeing a concert there at all.

I also have to say, looking at Mick, that I had to really remind myself that he's going to be 70 next summer. He really is in super duper shape! If I have even half his energy and stamina when I get to that age, I'll be thrilled!

Here's Honky Tonk Women with Bill.

And here's Midnight Rambler with Mick T. He's more animated than he ever was during his time with the Stones. But I think he indulges in a little bit of noodling here. JMHO. Still, it's nice to see him on stage with the band.
