Gerry mentioned to me once in an email years ago she'd heard immediately right after she'd heard Brian died that Brian "murder" rumors were beginning even then....in 1969.
And she was just talking off the top her head at the time. I have a very good memory and what she told me has stayed with me.
I didn't ask her for that info, either. We were just talking about Brian, and it was something she mentioned at the tail end of our conversation.
In fact, i think we were originally talking bout shoes at the time....Brian's feet.
Then she went on and just sort of expanded on her past experience during that time....
I remember it well.
I highly doubt she would have made that up.
