She stopped and glanced around, smoke stung her eyes and hurt her nose, Where am i? She coughed and shut her eyes and wandered blindly across the forest floor until she ran into a tree... Looking up her tail went under her legs, Fire... The whole forest seemed to become an inferno, burning everything within it. Snow Bound coughed and tried to run out, but kept getting turned around, running now, franticly trieing to howl, but only managing to choke Snow Bound raced onward, only to find another dead end... She turned and started running, there. She saw it, the way out, but just as she was about to leave a burning tree fell and blocked the entrance...She whimpered and started to run down another path but soon she could no longer lift her feet and dragged them on the ground... The fire had worsened and rain seemed like only a faint memory. Falling she didn't bother to get up, faint memories rushed past her mind... It was getting harder to breathe in the smoke. Then something hit her hard, a memory... It was when she was young... After her mom died, everyone had been so nice.. so kind... She just wished she could repay them. No! She thought angerily, I won't give up... They wouldn't give up on me... She tried to stand but fell and soon started to crawl... At first she could barely se anything besides the smoke... Then she saw teh faint outline of something, a cave? Or perhaps a cabin... She shrugged, the humans probably left when the fire started... but what if... She winced as she felt a rock lodge itself in her paw. Humans or not... That's a chance I have to take...
