France get low cost for oil (but not as low as Russia), and money.
Yesterday, on Radio-Canada, one of Quebec's greatest newscaster was interviewing the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dominique de Villepin, Demonstrated that France' oil does not come from like so many people seem to think, and that in fact, the small amount of oil that DOES come from Irak was bought under the UN's "Food for OIL" program.

Though i dont oppose the idea of desarming Saddam Hussein, i believe that war can only be used as an absolute last resort, when all else has completely failed.

Also, i'd like to quote something Nelson Mandela said: "The US want to disarm Saddam Hussein, but strangely, you dont hear them complain about the other countries who have Mass Destruction Weapons and who are on Friendly terms with the US, though they might not use them against the US, im quite sure their Neighbors would like to see these countries desarmed also"

And i Agree, im sure most of Israel's neighboors would feel relieved to see it loose its MDW
