If it’s okay for a Mulhern to place in 714OC at 2021 MG Halloween Feis, despite actually stopping in their dance and walking off the side of the stage, then anything goes?

It’s understood there is the scoring method and IP, but other dancers put in the effort of finishing their dances and/or respecting the judges by going back to position and bowing to judge and musician.

Apologies if there was more to this, but they were well enough to get their award as well.

Just opinion and curiosity.
