National Ethics Rep – Madeline Duckworth, TCRG see McGing’s website for her contact info. Due to the timing of how close to Oireachtas, I’d also suggest contacting all of the officers. The less public it is, the less likely something will be done. You could call it out publicly by school name(s) and age if you don’t want to put a child’s name. That’s understandable but you won’t have anyone else reporting it if we can’t figure out who it is.

You could also file a complaint at Oireachtas. I believe the syllabus states what to do. The longer and quieter you are with your complaint, the less likely anything will be done.
