I have to say I'm with you on this subject, MW. Maybe it's coz I'm so repressed but some of the stuff makes me squirm, and not in a good way. I was tempted a while back to submit a satire on the fan fiction, sort of all panty and silly with a sort of wry twist in the end, like finally noticing as you go in for the hot snog in the end, that Eddie has a big ugly cold sore on his lip, summat like that, but shit, lately I can't even write emails!
