Subject: Great Female Warriors

Le Femme Nikita is a great female warrior in her own right, but there is another I think you guys should know about. I speak of Xena-Warrior Princess which takes place during the time of Greek Gods and Goddesses. Xena is portrayed by Lucy Lawless. Xena had been drawn to the sword in order to protect all that she cared about, but the blade consumed her. Xena soon became known as the Conqueror of Nations and had the world trembling at her feet, that is until she changed. She became a fighter for justice. Xena can be seen battling ruthless warlords, Cyclops', even the Gods themselves. Lucy Lawless has created a character that can match no other. Xena can handle a sword, ride a horse into battle, performs amazing acrobatic stunts, and fights by her wits. She is a great character to watch and learn from. If you have never witnessed the legened for yourself, then you should check out Season 2 on DVD of Xena-Warrior Princess. You can get it at Best Buy, Amazon or from the Xena Official Store:

The DVD from Best Buy is the best deal monetary wise and also contains a 30 minute interview with Lucy Lawless, plus audio/video commentary from Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor discussing the episodes!
I thought I would share this information with people who appreciate and enjoy this type of character. Enjoy owning the legend for yourself!

I'm sorry to hear that and know your pain! It took a long time for the Xena series to be put out on DVD. I literally jumped for joy at the thought of being able to relive all of the adventures I've missed for so long. So far they are only on season 2 and there are 6 total! The show ended a couple years ago and it took this long. Just keep begging and pleading; they'll have to listen to you and get La Femme out there.
