No, seriously, you have raised a very interesting aspect of romantic love and how and when do two people connect.

I personally went through years of searching for and doing spells to help me connect with the "love of my life". I got so PO'd at people giving me the line "oh, you're just not ready yet...when you are ready then the right person will show up". And to tell you the truth...I had done a lot of self-examination and soul searching to ask myself if that was true. The interesting thing was that my true love wasn't ready at the same time i was!!!! Yuppers....unknown to me, he was still going through his own divorce and grieving and growing after his own betrayal and re-making of his life. Had i been impatient to connect with someone sooner I would have hessed up big time and settled for someone less than the best for me.

So for anyone going through this sort of thing....yeah, you have to do your own inner work and do your own growing, etc. but so does your soulmate...and you both may not be ready at the same time. Patience is really important...which is why it seems like when someone finaly relaxes and stops making it this all-consuming focus then along comes their true love. In truth, it was probably going to take as long as it was going to take...but when you're spending the time enjoying life and the good people who are in it instead of this crazed obsession on THE SEARCH then time seems to go more quickly...sort of like the watched pot never boiling and all that.
