The idea of reincarnation makes me feel exhausted. I understand that it is a belief held by wiccans, but I am having a really hard time embracing it. I supposed I'm stuck on that idea of being together in heaven with your loved ones. When my grandfather died, it was comforting to imagine him being blissfully happy in some other wonderful realm, that I could communicate with him if I wanted to and feel his presence. The same with my great grandmother. I guess the idea of them being reincarnated into another physical being makes me feel like they aren't "with" me anymore. Also, within the last year I have seen many of my peers pass on. I was particularly close with one boy, and his brother also passed away (just 3 weeks before he did). I would like to think that they are together, wherever they are, and that they are spiritually "with" their mother, who of course continues to grieve their losses.

Also, I guess that I feel like if reincarnation is what really happens, that having a physical life over and over again might be tiring. When can one's spirit truly "rest?" It seems that being continually incarnated on earth could become exhausting for any spirit. And, I would like to think that spirits who are/were together on earth will encounter each other to the same degree in the spiritual realm, or even in another incarnation on earth. The whole idea is very confusing to me, and I am having a hard time wrapping my head around it. I could use some of your thoughts!!

Peace,
Scarlet

P.S. I would like to recommend an OUTSTANDING film - "Crash." Definetly worth the time. Will put many things into perspective. AND there are some definite MAGICAL elements to this film! SEE IT!
