No one said they went up there all national pageant kid, you would be stupid to do that. They are saying they USED to do those kind, even if they still did them, and some of them may, you do what you have to, to win, and you don't do guru h./m at miss teen and you don't do miss teen natural at guru pageants, and it seems they all know this.
