So Now we know why Miss Charlotte tells everyone "God Bless You" She is a Con...of the worst Kind and shame on her for using our Lords name in vain to try and cover her own ugliness. For sure it was DD. This director broke every rule and made every mistake you could make. If it could be done wrong, or bad, it was. She should win the award for sham of the year.

Dynasty Dolls-----Clarifications!!!! -- Anonymous, 10:26:11 03/18/02 Mon

This Is Teresa Pabst. People who know me know I never come on these boards and read much less post on here. I do not want to be bashed or my child bash for anything I post but I want to clarify some things. I chose to go to DD with my daughter because I wanted to. It had nothing to do with running from competiton because if you know anything about us we NEVER do that. Which I believe is why my daughter has been so sucessful in pageants. She loves what she is doing. I was given the paperwork by a friend and was told it was a nice pageant. I called the director because it looked loke nice prizes. She indicated she would love to have us meaning the "the FL trio" as we have been referred to. We called her the following day and indicated we would be coming. This was two weeks before the pageant. We all three sent in our pictures for the program book. We only had one set of paperwork which was in my hands. Michelle or Terri neither one had paperwork. Michelle emailed Charlotte to ask what the grace period was to know what group her child would be in. Charlotte emailed back and said 90 days so Michelle got out the callendar and realized Olivia made the grace by 1 day. I read the paperwork and saw a 60 day grace period. I called Charlotte and we had a conversation about the grace period. She said she would have to honor the 90 day grace period because she had told some people that not realizing what the paperwork. I doubled checked with her because it affected Michelle's daughter. She assured us it would not be a problem and she would honor 90 days for everyone in the pageant. As for my child being in 7-9 she had a b-day last Saturday and turned 10. even with a 60 day grace period she would be in 7-9. As for the 5 and up grand being untouchable, noone is untouchable. Even her family was shocked that she won the title. Yes I did "storm" in as you people put it because I was not going to stand by and allow her to take money that rightfully belonged to the kids who won it. I spoke for everyone in that pageant. If I am not mistaken I am the reason most of the people got their money. I even received applause for my efforts from outside the room I was in. I did get paid and so did Michelle and Terri's children. I was tired of being lied to about this pageant. We drove 12 hours and I handed her $600.00 to compete. All I wanted was a fair pageant. As for the first out issue, my entry was in befor AF and her mother and I discussed it. she regeristered before I did and the director gave her first out. I was disappointed only because I had been lied to yet again. I told April F that I would put Katie 3rd or 4th that it was fine. I came down the next morning and my child was first and Af was last which was fine and April decided to do that hersilf. I did not care. The way they did group line up it really didn't matter. The judges were going to pick who they liked. Anyway, my child was awesome and I do not feel she was rewared for her efforts. I feel like she was counted off because of her name. Everyone accused she would win because she was a "named" kid as everyone refers to her. Well this time it hurt her I guess which is stupid because we all have names. What is rediculous to me is people come on these boards and talk about children. These are precious children and how dare you come on here and put my child and any child down. I think anyone who chooses to bash me, my child or my friends children who enjoy traveling with us, you guys are just jealous. We are out to have a good time. We did this weekend even if the pageant was a little weird. This was not the first bad pageant we have been to and I am sure it won't be the last. By the way I will end by saying congratulations to Ariel on a job well done. You are a doll and I am glad you and Katie are friends. You and your family are the type of poeple who I like to be around. Congrats again sweetheart. I would also like to congratulate Hilary and Olivia L. on their big wins they are two of the sweetest and cutest kids their are. I am sorry that all of you out there who think you know me don't know me at all. You are missing out on knowing a nice and fun family full of love for their child. I love you Katie, Hilary, and Olivia and the "FL TRIO" will rock again!!!!

Go Teresa! You had every right to storm the ballroom.lol Everything you said was true and I am here to verify it! You were lied to and so was everyone else. I personally didn't ask about the FL gang because I didn't care, not because they are not awesome, because they are. But, I know a few who were worried about them and they did ask and were told that she had not heard from any of you. That is a shame. This director changed everything just about on the paperwork without notice and is going to pay for it. Thanks to TP and SS who went in and talked to the director and got everyone their money. That will at least maybe keep her out of jail so you guys did her a big huge favor, not just the winners! From her history I knew this pageant would have problems, my gosh, she can't even spell and makes tons of mistakes and doesn't even catch them so why would her pageant go right? Katie got ROBBED! If you ask me she had the 5 and up hands down! This whole pageant was the worst ever!

I think this director is very fair. Just look at the history of the pageant. Not all the big names walked away with all the big titles. The lessor known kids are known to do good at this pagaeant if they are on that day. Being a name will get you no where with this pageant unless they do the best that day. We all know that the big names usually deserve to win but not always and no one is unbeatable. I'd rather go against them at DD than someone else at least there I know we don't have to have a name to win. JMHO

Do you really think SB could beat LKP for the Grand? I do think there are some in those groups that will give LKP a huge run for hte money, but I'm not sure SB is one of those. I guess you have your opinion and I have mine :0)

IMO, SB is a moderately pretty girl with average pictures, good modeling ability and a nice stage presence. She has done well in a short time but I don't believe she can take an overall on a national level with this type of competition. She stands a good chance of winning her division, though.

It may have been a joke, or it may have been an opinion. I for one could see it happening at a fair pageant that doesn't go on names. I know plenty of people who don't see why these girls win what they do. I am not going to list what all these girls lack in because that would be bashing. I will tell you what they don't lack in... HF has a beautiful dress, and LKP is cute and models great.

This list is totally correct. But let me add, it was in the paperwork that it would not be prorated but it was and prizes were cut in half but a couple of queens got all their money while a couple of other queens only got half. Finally TPabst went storming in and went past everyone and went into the room where they were giving the money out and then a mom not in the pageant went in and gave the director some advice about what these people were going to do to her if she didn't do the right thing and do what the paperwork promised, so Charlette wrote out checks to everyone for the other half of their money that I guarantee will bounce. The stage was a joke, the gifts were hilarious, and this woman was caught in so many lies that she will not be able to have another pageant. Some people had already taken their money (the half amount) and left. I will never do this pageant again and I will let anyone I know enter it either.

DD director called and begged LKP to come do her pageant! -- Anonymous, 18:32:18 03/17/02 Sun

I overheard her grandmother telling someone this today. She said Charlotte called and begged them to come and even offered them a discount if they would come so they did. She only got beauty in the group. I guess that will teach people to listen to lying ass directors who cheat and steal and not to drive 13 hours to do a pageant that everyone tries to warn you about for months before on the boards.

The director pulled a few stunts. 1st of all she said the program book went to the printers a week ago. Then she said all the way up to the pageant and even at registration that she had not heard from any of the ones from FL (which she spelled as Flordia in the program book) such as OL,HF,LKP and that if they were coming she sure didn't know about it. HELLO? All 3 of them were in the program book, which means she had their photos at least a week ago. Then she told 2 kids in that group that they could both go out 1st (AF,LKP) and then she said LKP's money had come in 1st in the whole group, but last week a girl I know said she had her money in over a month ago. So that means she knew for weeks they were coming but lied to everyone all the way up to the day of. They were also seen the day of registration and she was still trying to tell people she had not heard from any of them. Some time Fri. night she decided you don't have to enter western wear or portfolio to be able to win the overall photogenic and pro-am titles like the paperwork said. Then she decided Sat. afternoon without telling anyone, that photogenic would not be included in the calculation for supreme like the paperwork said it would be. Oh and she also decided at that time to not score them and just let the judges pick a photo they all agreed on and then just give that person a whole point added to their score for supreme. NOT FAIR! Can you say CHEAT?

If you think the DD director won't play the name game, you're just flat out wrong. First, she never had the big names coming like she does this year. Second, she's been bragging to her buddies about the names who are coming. Christians who witness all the time make me uneasy. When they feel like they have to prove their beliefs to others, it's almost like they have to prove their beliefs to themselves. It really bothers me that she's been caught on this board pretending to be someone else defending her, too. I mean the posts were so obviously her because of the bad grammar and other similarities in writing style. Isn't that a little scary? The only royalty who defended her was the dad of a name kid who won her pageant.

Here's your grand supremes--Isabella P and Abbi B. Then give the supremes to Olivia, Hilary and Tiffany S. Next it will be Charlsey, MTG, and LKP for the mini supremes. Sonja's girls will be thrown in for the novice titles, so that's good for a few of them. I see Wynter, Andi and Kizzy taking the novice titles. Beauty goes to Darby, the other Olivia, Jayleigh, Ainsley, Sommer, Brannon, and the few who are lucky enough to not have a pro in their group. It's going to be a name game, all right. Just wait til Sunday night. At least with 70+, everyone should get the money this time and maybe the director won't have to find someone to break into her house to rob her. YOU ARE RIGHT ON ALL OF IT! This director will play the name game just because she wants to start getting them in and thinks that is how. What she don't know is that the ones that will come back year after year are the ones who live closer if she has a good pageant. If all those FL girls win big, they won't even go back to crown, much less ever compete again, good or not, plain and simple. Those that won big at AGG in the last couple of years, and recently that think they are going to win hers just because they used to own DD together better think again. Why do they think they are no longer together?

TS most certainly will be there,watch and see. She went to TDS mini national last year so why in the world wouldn't she go to a national that is so close for her. She is coming back and I guess this will be a practice run so they can work out any bugs before the big ones. Yes she does have new clothes and I heard they are awesome! Can't wait to see them. This is going to have some good fun competition. I am anxious to see how it all turns out because everyone is equally total package. All these girls are national winners, including the novice ones, good for them they have never won more than $500.

I just found out DD this weekend has more than 70 registered. I think it's kinda funny all the "names" who don't want to go against each other at UGN are going to DD for an "easy" win. The joke is on them, since most of the "names" are going to DD instead of UGN. Oh well, if you're scared, say you're scared. It's just too bad for all the novice type girls who decided to go to DD because they thought the "names" would be at UGN. They're all stuck at a pageant where they have no chance to win the big one when they could have a real chance somewhere else. Even Regal would be better than DD right now. Any other time, someone would be on here moaning about the big, bad director luring all the newbies in the pay the pros. That's exactly what is going on at DD.

Most of the real tough competition will be at DD because for some reason they want to go where they THINK they will have an easy win and they are going to get the supremes handed to them just because of their name but the truth is those judges are not going to know who in the heck they are so they will be lucky to get much of anything.
No one is going to NES because they think everyone will be there.
And not many are going to UGN because of the same reason as NES but the KY duo and THO will have most of the wins especially since they will be the only ones there.
Regal won't have very many because of their history but all their friends will be there and they will win.
It is so funny to me that everyone thought that UGN would be so huge and same with NES, but the one no one thought anyone was going to (which is why they are going to begin with...Chickens) is the one with not only the toughest but more than will show at Regal and NES and maybe even UGN.

So TS,MTG,HF,LKP,and AB are all leftovers and losers who are afraid of real competition? LKP and AB are 2 of the biggest names there are, they have won for years, they are bigger names than anyone at NES and UGN with the exception of HD, and AH.

She won 3 big nationals that I know and that is great if she has come from rock bottom like it says on the other boards, but you can't compare apples and oranges. LKP and AB have been winning supremes at nationals almost constantly for many, many years. Not putting her down, she is pretty and models good but she is no AB or LKP.

Most of the parents of Nicki's kids do not post banners and such when there kids win, they do not live and breath pageants! Their kids win and then they go home and back to life until the next pageant. We have fun!

Ok we all know by now all the big names are showing up. The competition is going to be tougher at NES and UGN so some are going to DD because they think no one will be there and get a nice little easy grand. Well think again, there are so many of them that think that they are all going to show up and only one will get the grand, but they will probably end up with the supremes and minis too and go home and gripe because it wasn't enough money and was not the grand. They are never happy unless they win GRAND and all they will do is take away titles that others would be perfectly happy with. I know at least 3 REAL big name kids, and 4 pretty big names coming and traveling quite a long way to get there and I hope it is not worth their while. Any REAL BIG (I am talking those certain 4) names that show up at this one from very far away will prove to me they are just running from what they think is competition for easy money and I will not have any respect for them.

0-23 mos: 2, 2 years: 2, 3 years: 2, 4 years: 5, 5 years: 7, 6 years: 4, 7/8 years: 6, 9/10 years: 10, 11/12 years: 3, 13/15 years: 4, 16 up years: 4, 0-2 boys: 1 and 6/8 boys: 1

It's a National and has been growing every year. There are amateur and pro titles, so why at a National with pro divisions would you not expect pros? What's wrong are you afraid of some competition? First I want too say,Who ever you are, and what ever I have done to you, I would like too know. Its so inconceivable the way you get on these boards and say you know me, and you know how I run Pageants. I would really appreciate it if you would just call or e-mail. So we can talk this out.
I do not dislike or hate anyone. As far as those who doesn't want to come to D.D.of A. there are a number of great pageants with great Directors around. I do not twist anyone arms to make them come. I pay my money on Stage day of pageant. All of my gifts are given. I do not pro-rate,and I do not have to craw on the ground like a snake to bite people in the back. As for as Nikki Burton, she is a nice young lady that works very hard,and lots of people dislike her because really work with her girls. And she has never had or will she ever have anything in getting my judges. Why not take a vacation and let us rest.

Only the Beauty Queens who won in the Sept 2000 National can do the pageant again. There are several director who will let their Beauty Queen re-complete. D.D. isn't the only system that does this. There will not be the same judges at this year pageant as where at the 2000 pageant. Supreme,Grand,Mini winners can not re-complete. No I will not pro-rate. There was no pageant last Sept. It was moved to this March. All the winners where back in 2000.

Well I'm not even going to argue with you. There is no point because in the end we agree, lol. I too think TS is awesome. She IS total package, she is beautiful and has the best clothes and kicks butt in modeling. She has deserved everything she ever won and deserved even more at some of them than she got. BUT I do think her mom now has pull. NOT to take anything away from the child. She could win anything anytime and usually does, but if you have a child that wins that much you get "pull" whether you want it or not... JMHO.

She has NO pull or she would be winning more now than ever. She won more grands and beat more big named kids when she was newer. She lost her 1st national in 3 years last summer but still won an overall, but is not winning grands like she used to. If she had pull, it would be the other way around. Right? For about a year she won grand at every national she went to and has beaten every big time competitor there is. They toned her down in modeling and I think that was a wrong move. They are taking a break and making some changes and will be back soon, and may be sooner than we think.

The one last summer was her 2nd loss. She lost her 1st one the fall before that. She was 1st runner up, and won overall most beautiful....at both. I wish I could say the worst I had ever done was 1st runner but won an overall.lol Go Tiff! Signed...a fan.

WE did Miss Charlottes pageant - Zoe won Supreme at Dynasty Dolls Nationals in 2000/2001 - Ms. Charlotte paid us the day of the pageant - gave some of the best prizes ever - luggage set, Rhinestone Jewelry, dolls, etc. We really enjoyed her pageant and hope to go back and crown the New Queen! I would highly recommend her Pageant System! She sends Zoe gifts/cards for every occasion - she even remembers Zoe's brothers! That's really nice!

I don't know if a Nock Out really made this post or not. First off, if they did, then I would have hoped they would know that it is spelled with an "N", not "K". Second, if they truly did, then as a Nock Out mysel, I would like to apologize for their rude and obnoxious statement.

We have done Dynasty Dolls before and won. Charlotte did pay all of her money along with several very nice prizes and gorgeous crowns. If it were for a conflict that week, we would be back to compete again this year. My only concern is that the director has been know to be unreliable and cancel or postpone at the last minute.

If there is judges that know what their doing , then they will know that the 4-5 yrs will do better then the 2-3 yrs. No matter what level. But what your forgetting is there is going to be really good kids in the 2-3 yrs too. So if the level 1 's are not that good compared to them then they will get lower scores too. I think the the judges are going to hold 10's your going to have to be great to get a 10. And to the judges are going to have in their heads about the different levels. And the judges could have copies of the sheet that is suppose to be posted of the levels, that they can look at .

So you are assuming that no level 1 kids are pretty??? The beauty score is FACIAL BEAUTY only. It doesn't matter if they are wearing a rag. It doesn't matter if they can't even walk the runway or do step-step-turn. If they have a beautiful face (regardless of the level), they are going to get the highest score in Beauty. Now, modeling is a different story. To win grand or mini, you just need to be beautiful and be able to pull one other event with a good score (photo, portfolio, sportswear, or pro am).
