  • Hi this is Debra and Noel did win Dream Angels last year it was prorated we did not have enough to give the 1000 to the 7-9 grand Noel's was prorated to 800. and she won overall proam 5-up and won 50 dollars for that so the total that she has ever won at any pageant was total 850.00 dollars. We wish all the best of LUCK and all the groups are going to be FULL of BEAUTIFUL girls!!! To all be careful on you trip to the pageatn and back home again!!!
