Dear Dear Director lady. <p>You are mean and mean people suck. Where do you get off saying you are sickened by having to pay while someone else slides in. I myself have tried the referral route just not my cup of tea too much work and people are too wishy washy to depend on. If you find people who get referrals so offensive I'm sure they stand no chance in your system so why not tell what you direct so we can all avoid it. <P>And if ya find it so hard to direct just stop. Simple huh?
