If there is judges that know what their doing , then they will know that the 4-5 yrs will do better then the 2-3 yrs. No matter what level. But what your forgetting is there is going to be really good kids in the 2-3 yrs too. So if the level 1 's are not that good compared to them then they will get lower scores too. I think the the judges are going to hold 10's your going to have to be great to get a 10. And to the judges are going to have in their heads about the different levels. And the judges could have copies of the sheet that is suppose to be posted of the levels, that they can look at .
