Subject: Recruiting

Does anyone else think that a problem here could be Andy Kennedy, UC's recruiting coach. Mick Cronin used to get guys like Martin, D'Juan Baker, Logan, Mickeal, and many others who were great talent, but extremely hard workers and coachable guys. All leaders too, I might add. Kennedy is recruiting guys like Bobbitt and Hicks, (both of whom seem lazy and already quit the team once) and now we are relying Robert Whaley who seems like a huge gamble. I give him props for Jamar Butler, but Butler seemed to always be destined to want to be a Bearcat, not just because Kennedy recruited him. I also think that the loss of assistant coach Rod Baker from 1999-2000 season hurts a lot also. What is the word out there on this stuff?
