If immediate playing time is important to Johnson than IU is a better choice. If he wants to be on a better team next year than he will choose the the Bearcats. IU loses Newton and don't have any decent big men off the bench this year.

No incoming freshmen is going to beat out Max or Whaley. Not to mention the fact that Kareem is developing into a good big men off the bench.
