Or recieves a degree from a JC college in less than 2 seasons he can not transfer and be eligible next season.It's all laid out with the NCAA assholes handbook if your diligent enough to pore through thier mass overdose of rules and regulations.The NCAA would make any oversized Goverment agency proud!
