I disagree. Pitino wants to win CUSA first and then it all.......stopping UC is his first priority. Diakite is a good player......but not the top of the rung.....I was surprised they signed him, especially considering that they have Dartez (6'10") coming in this year from Vincennes. Diakite will be a backup for 2 years......he would have been better served going to UC......he would have played more minutes sooner and especially his senior year because Johnson, Hollman, Land, Flowers, and possible Whaley would all be gone then. I don't think these kids think about playing time like they should.
