I'm referring to some of his past players like Jones and Martin, two atheletes, neither with size enough to play 4, and with one or two minor shortcomings to preclude playing the 3 (outside shooting, handles, etc.). But, with both in the game, you got tremendous strength, athleticism, energy, and especially heart, getting to the ball.

As soon as Hicks gets to 100%, he'll fit the same mold. That'll be fun watching him and Max at the same time. As far as I'm concerned, keep those types coming in. Explosive warriors, that's what the team needs.
