That's no' how I remember a Scottish "Sunday" breakfast looks a tad too healthy. It should be: fried bacon,fried egg(s) fried square sausage, baked beans,fried tattie scone, or/and fried breid, a guid black pudding from Armour the butcher and lashings of HP sauce. The optimal of course being fried in lard or dripping (none of this lightly basted in olive oil and grilled!!!). Have things changed that much!!!
