Subject: Alone in the Shadows...

^The coyote Toya headed down the steep canyon cliff, down into it's depths as darkness came across Black Pines for the night. His black fur blending himself in almost perfectly in the shadows. Only when the moonlight hit him would the shine of his fur and coal-black eyes be visible. When finally he reached the canyon floor, he sat down beneath a large rock sticking out from the canyon side a few feet over his head, beneath the safety of its shadow. A small natural crick trickled down through some of the cracks of the canyon walls, making a small pool of water nearby. Taking a few drinks of it, he sat down and stared out into the darkness, the moonlight softly illuminating the land around him, deep in thought as to what to do about Nedylene, also pondering how Oaken was doing with Taz back at the Flats...^
