Phyllis it is so nice to hear from you.Sorry about your foot and hand problems. Foot problems can be such a painful
experience. About 10 years ago I had Achilies heal and oh it hurt so badly for months and from there pain went to the fatty part below my toes on the bottoms of my feet.I soaked my feet in hot, hot water so much but only time stopped the problem.Mine was bought on by the fact that I had cut the arch out of my foot and when they stitched it up the flesh was drawn so tightly that I had to wear high heeled shoes because my foot wouldn't go flat enough to wear a lower heel.It took a full year for the skin to streach enough that I could wear a proper heel. But then the first problem I told you about started.I learned the hard way not to go barefooted on the beach where some nut could smash glass and leave it there.Thank heavens I have never experienced tendinites in the hands but I can feel for you.
Kind of late but happy birthday to you and I wish you a year of wonderful new experiences and renewed health with lots of happiness! The flowers and the meal must have really brightened your week! I love eating out with friends or family.
