Ellie,

So happy to hear that you are being blessed with a new grandchild soon. There is nothing like a baby in the family. You are truly blessed to have a great granddaughter as well.

With such a large extended family it sounds like a great idea for celebrating Christmas.

My son and his wife and 2 granddaughters live in Florida, so I have to shop early in order to mail my gifts. My other son lives in Colorado and he will not be home for Christmas. He came for Thanksgiving and we all had a wonderful visit. I am thankful that my daughter and newest granddaughter live near by. My sisters and one-sister-law exchange gifts as well as a couple of my close friends. It use to be difficult when I was working as I had to buy alot of office gifts.

We also have some birthdays in the month of December. My daughter-ln-law, brother-in-law and my friend Nancy's daughter.

We had our first snowstorm on Thanksgiving day. The traveling was bad. Today it is very cold out. We expect some ?light snow tomorrow.

Both you and Tina have a very busy social month with all your Christmas parties.

I will be having Christmas dinner for my family who live nearby and it will be very special as it will be Kaitlyn's first Christmas. She will be 6 months old on 12/7. She is now eating cereal and vegetables. She is a very good natured baby.

Please keep in touch and enjoy all your parties, dinners and auction.

Best wishes,
Phyllis
