    DC also has about 5-10 girls each year at best. They don't have preliminary pageants. And most of the girls in the pageant are not from DC. They are college students that are attending Howard, Georgetown, George Washington or one of the other smaller universities in DC. (NT)No name07:04:54 04/09/25 Wed
