Just out of curiosity are there any states that require all contestants to use same headshot photographer? Not something I’d suggest just wondering if anyone has those parameters? -- Unofficial Miss NC Messageboard

DC also has about 5-10 girls each year at best. They don't have preliminary pageants. And most of the girls in the pageant are not from DC.
