Subject: They didn’t say they didn’t like it but I’m sure she will get a new one for free from McKenzie Jades, anyway. Girls do everything they can to be competitive. The last two years it was cheap gowns in Miss but not in teen. If all the girls go out and buy cheap dresses, then next year it will be an expensive one that wins. But I have a question. If they don’t judge on beauty or the gown, what do they judge? Just the walk? Subject Author Date Let me say that I didn't care for the gown and I didn't think it was state level much less national. I didn't fit well. HOWEVER!! It was the most confident and at ease I had seen Sophia on stage. So, if they liked her in interview, then that is what help carry her in this category.
