Subject: je reviens sur l'agar agar..

Depuis quelques temps j'utilise de l'agar agar dans mes confitures pour diminuer la dose de sucre... Bon déjà pas évident de doser.. et je me suis rendue compte que la conservation était moins bonne, nettement moins bonne même selon le fruit.
et vous ? quelle expérience avec l'agar agar?
je viens de fermer mon 400ème pot.l'année "confitures" recommence le 15 mai et j'en ai encore pas mal à faire avec mes fruits congelés.
