Subject: Il doit y avoir des choses sur le plan alimentaire, de "bonnes huiles" à consommer, notamment tout ce qui est oméga 3 et 6 : elles ne font pas disparaitre la cellulite mais contribuent à une belle peau et donc à un effet "lissé". Sinon, les bains dérivatifs mais c'est un peu spécial et je ne sais pas si ça te branche. A part ça, CM s'est acheté un vélo elliptique il y a un peu plus d'un an et c'est effectivement très efficace, et par ailleurs, ça ne fatigue pas trop les articulations.
