If you dont' know this name, you've got no place saying females can't be better polo players than males.

There are many levels of male players, just as there are many levels of female players. Is it conceiveable that there may be an overlap where (gasp!) some female players are actually better than male players?

Howabout selecting and developing (AND REFFING!) players as just that. Players. Not a particular sexual identity?
