As I reviewed this episode I have to admit, the exact same thought crossed my mind. I would add your final three letter word but it is just too pathetic to even laugh about! I don't see why these guys were so afraid of a strong intelligent articulate woman winning! It would have added to the tension if you asked me seeing two great lawyers going head to head and never knowing which argument would land the knockout punch to sway the jury.
