She's talked about this before but there's always a problem with timing and her schedule so I'll be more excited when she says it's a done deal.   • I think that people will have differing opinions about that, but she first showed a little jealously when she thought that Harm's biplane was named after a girlfriend and seemed relieved to find out that it was named after his grandmother.   hi! i am looking for a specific mac-centric fanfic that i read a couple of years ago and can't find it anywhere...any help would be appreciated!
  
  mac has to go undercover in a prison because they (i think it is a cia thing) need her to get close to another inmate. but no one at jag can know, so she has to convince harm and the admiral and her friends that she is actually guilty when she's arrested, and she pretends to fall off the wagon, etc. i remember that it was harm/mac, it was completed, and i think they got together at the end. the jag folks found out because they had to rescue her at the end. i remember there being a very violent scene in a hotel after she and the inmate she's supposed to get close to escape from prison.
  
  any other kickass mac undercover fics totally welcome too - i've read painful memories and things i never told my partner, but i'm always up for new kickass mac fanfic.

  I remember when I bought the single cd,'coz it made me think so much of H&M
  
  In watching the vid, it made me remember a conversation on a Harmy Board, saying that DB has been given us some clues, how to say it, on what will happen between our favourite couple.
  I think that DJE too has given too a thumb one's nose at viewers or his character w/his ugly shirt. Come on !!
  Usually he's BCBG likes Mac...
  
  Also in ATW2, this infamous episode, who crash down everything between H&M...( also come on Mac w/Webb ??? well we know what follows but it's ANOTHER " story ")

  Over the weekend I treated myself to my Jag DVD popping in episode Embassy. Loved Mac because not only she looked sexy and hot, she's a real woman and Marine all the way. And to make the episode even better some sweet and tender moments between Harm and Mac. I never tire watching those moments. My CB moment was popping in the DVD of Bruce Almighty 1.   • YEAH, CB's projects are just ongoing since Jag ended. Everything from Triangle to Still Small Voices to Season 5 of Army Wives starting March 13, The Good Witch, The Good Witch's Garden, The Good Witch's Gift plus repeated showings of her guest spot on Law and Order SVU along with Bruce Almighty and Evan Almighty. She also finished filming her new movie Close Quarters the end of November to air in July of this year on Lifetime. And also just got done filming the 4th Good Witch Movie in December to air this year as well. Also, she said they've got a go ahead for a 5th Good Witch Movie. CB is all over the place, WooHoo!   Im new to the series catching up on reruns and some dvd's but of all the partners of Harm and of all the characters in the show I like Mac the most and can connect with her. I can reflect on my journey and struggles in life how I overcome them watching Mac. The show gave her losers in her relationships except for Farrow but that's why they are called EX for some reasons. Harm and Mac finally getting it right good for them and good for the show. If we had more of their relationship it would have freshen up the show more compared to the ridiculous plots,angst and useless characters.

  • I feel the same way. I didnt finish the first Jag year because the show was just too cartooney and yes Jag overall was cheesy but season 1 was really cheesy overkill.   It's nice to be w/people who even thought I never met in RL are always ready to help.

  As I checked into this board today, I was struck again (as I often have been) by the number of expressions CB/Mac has in the collage at the very top of the page. She's a beautiful woman, of course, but I have seen lots of beautiful women who wear only one or two expressions. CB shows wonderful character in her face, and really brings her roles to life.   • Season 4......Im biased because its the season I saw Jag again this time on CBS and really got a hold of my interest. Mac was a big factor to that. I really feel season 4 had everything and even the stories and characters were multi dimensional and the gang felt like a family.Harm and Mac were really so close and there's no doubting their true friendship goes beyond and they are in love with each other. That is a tough question....I loved AJ, but at times he most definitely treated Mac like she was 2nd class, that she wasn't as good as Harm, and his favortism of Harm at times was very very blatant and obvious. AJ IMHO was a bit chauvinistic. Creswell grew on me, and I liked the fact that he respected Mac, felt she was worthy, and while he could be hard-nosed he valued her and her opinion I think more than AJ did.   I know this board is reserved for topics of Mac but I wanted to post this today. I really hated to see Jag go off the air. I was not sure I would ever care for seeing her in any other show. While Sarah Mackenzie will always be my favorite character that Catherine Bell has portrayed I have noticed how much she has grown over the years in her acting abilities. From 9 years of Mac to tv movies, to Denise on Army Wives I am just impressed with her acting abilities. What do you guys think?

  • I agree that her acting became something special. She seemed a bit...well, wooden in the first few episodes, although that wasn't a bad fit with how her character was (new, and rather uncertain). By the end of the series, she was terrific, and very expressive. Her face showed her emotions wonderfully, and she really projected her character.   • Hi Jagnut,Deemus and mockeymice. Hollywood is making a mistake to ignore Bell in casting her on the big-screen. Bell is more real and well rounded an actress than the likes of Alba,Aniston,Megan Fox,Heigl,Biel you name it. I think she was incredible right from the start because it served how tough,reserved and straight-laced a Marine she is in contrast to the fun flirts Pike,Meg and Krennick were. Deemus you ought to check out Bell in Army Wives. She is very good in her role.   • Catherine Bell has so much to offer when it comes to acting dynamics. Hollywood is set in its typecast mode. You could substitute one for the other an not notice any difference. Didn't like Cresswell at first, but I warmed to him as he seemed to respect & appreciate Mac & her contributions to JAG. As much as I loved AJ, he sometimes didn't treat Mac with respect, especially the episode in which he took the high profile case away from Mac & gave it to Harm (because Harm whined) & stuck her with what was it, the flying robot?   What a difference a dvd makes. I just noticed that some vital scenes in the series were cut off by USA network where I did my catch up on JAG. To cite samples like We The People episode I never saw Harm goading Mac some more about her uncle before Harm invites her to get inside the elevator.
  
  To Russia with Love episode Harm and Mac fans were so crazy over that pajama scene and everytime I watched that on USA network they entirely skipped that scene.
  
  I can name more but I have to mention Goodbye episode where Jordan warned Harm she will be present at AJ's christening and jealously added she knew Mac and Harm will be the godparents. I never saw Harm smiling and looking so happy and guilty at the same time add the face of Jordan like she knew the Jag partners are in love with each other.

What would worry me is if they'd split up, & they were using this as a way to bring the two back together. I want happiness for Mac, something that IMHO was denied her (until the very end) with all the garbage they threw at her character, & to see her in a Command position where she's respected & treated like an equal.
