Seeing the doe become alerted, Sierra froze. She remained perfectly still, she did not want to blow this. Sierra realized that she had been holding her beath, and exhaled slowly and quietly.

Sierra looked towards where the other wolves had been, and knew that they were there although she could not see them. Good, she thought, that probably means the doe cannot see them. But then again, why should she doubt any of her packmates, they knew what they were doing more than she knew what she was doing.

Sierra gave a silent sigh and shifted herself a little so that her legs would not cramp up. She crouched and patiently awaited for the attack.
