It was bush who instigated the 1000 child credit which after two children I was totally against . Thats the reason so many do not pay taxes Also walmart just got out of paying over 2 billion in taxes they owed.And many very wealthy pay little or no taxes because they cheat and or -- have many shelters not available to others.
