Sell the building they own (€1 million)Go to one day competitions for everyone, get rid of the heats (ten judges wages and expenses plus medals of all the dancers who go to day 2). No need for a teachers reception (no idea what that would cost, but it can’t be cheap). The volunteers/CLRG members that work shouldn’t get meals and hotels paid, most have to be there anyway. Stages and drapes and all think I believe is a family associated with CLRG can lower their cost or find a company that can do it cheaper. I am sure there is much more they could look at as a starting point!
