All the top dancers are cross-training, not just going to class. It’s been like it for years and it’s a good thing. The conditioning, strength and discipline that comes from mastering this craft is at an elite level. If you don’t take that on board and do the same, you won’t reach the podium. If you don’t want that, that’s all good too, but if you do…. get to the gym, the park, the track, etc. Doesn’t have to cost extra money, get resourceful and you can be right up there.
