Subject: When every senior lady was taking the TCRG, there were too many schools. When we quit, we were leaving our culture behind. When we dance as adults, we’re “embarrassing”. What do you want us to do when we turn 25, shrivel up and die?

I could sit at home missing Irish dance. Or I could show up to dance class, get to actually dance, and yes, compete so I can meet more dancers who share my hobby and push myself to keep improving and have a benchmark for that. You can sit on the couch at home if you want. I’ll be dancing because I never stopped loving it.
