Dancer shows up to more ceili class than anyone else. Fills into everyone’s teams. Takes corrections to heart. Arrives early, stays late, helps teach younger teams, listens, and gives it her all. Her teams have placed fabulously in competition. She’s been given endless compliments about her team dancing skills. Unfortunately she’s not under 16 anymore so in this school’s eyes, she’s aged out of being worth giving a damn about.
