Subject: a google search on this (may not be a reliable source!) implied that this is something done in "developing areas" and is not seen widely.

I wonder if some other areas will consider it? Numbers are pretty low at local feises. It seems like a reasonable idea, although in the US, I don't think there are THAT many non-CLRG schools out there, so don't know how much it would impact feis registration.
