Subject: No. Why would they be allowed to dance a qualifier for an event they cannot go to?

I only take the change to mean a Feis committee can apply to their region for open platform dancers to be allowed. In the past you could apply to Dublin for open status… The region can say no and not every feis is going to want to open up the event anyway. The rules for qualifiers are very clear in who can enter so those rules would need to change too.
