Comparing the Champion of Champions dance at world to a regular feis is not even close to similar.

Uniform rules are good. Here they only announced some pc dances and all oc. Of course, grades were just given their recall awards and nowhere was anyone told how they all placed. So, if the intent is to make people 'feel good and celebrated' why didn't they release the places in all dances? Not just some.

Additionally, I'm not understanding what they were recognized for?!?? People who are basically saying "get over it" appear to also be the people who would not be all in for participation ribbons, Yet, that's in essence what this was.

And, I, too have run a feis. I know parents are volunteers. Their time is valuable, as Is their input. however, they should not be the ones making decisions when there is a danger of inconsistency.
