As I recall, for each competition, the top five of the first 20 dancers automatically qualify for Worlds, plus one dancer for every ten or part of ten dancers after the initial 20. The only increase from having more regions would be in the smaller competitions (boys/mens) that have five or less dancers anyway, so they would all qualify.
